RETAIL PARTNER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Effective May 15, 2022

TERRITORY:

  • Retail Partners are allowed to resell to consumers in the U.S. only
  • You are permitted to resell our products at physical and online stores, including CBD stores, supplements stores, drugstores, natural grocers, gift shops, medical practices, wellness/fitness studios, and physical therapy practices.
  • You are not permitted to resell our products through online marketplaces, including but not limited to Amazon, Ebay, Walmart, Etsy.

ORDERING:

  • You must be an approved Retail Partner to place your order. If you have not been approved yet, please fill out our Wholesale Registration Form at https://missionfarmscbd.com/wholesale-retail
  • Orders may be placed on our website: www.missionfarmscbd.com
  • Minimum order size is $230

PRICES & PAYMENT TERMS:

  • Retail Partner pricing is 50% off the MSRP. Prices are available on our website: www.missionfarmscbd.com.
  • All wholesale prices are in USD and without taxes.
    Pricing is subject to change without notice.
  • Payment is due when the order is placed. We accept all major credit cards.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME: Our average processing time from when the order is placed until when it is shipped is approximately 2 business days. Any changes requested after order submission will be accommodated at Mission Farms CBD® discretion.

SHIPPING:

  • Our products are legal for shipment to all 50 U.S. states including Alaska and Hawaii. We are unable to ship internationally at this time.
  • Shipping is FOB Kansas City, Missouri.
  • Retail Partner pays shipping at the time of order. This is typically a flat shipping rate of $20, although may be higher for large orders. Orders are shipped FedEx Ground.
  • Transit time for shipments is approximately 2 – 5 business days
  • Expedited Shipping and alternative shipping methods are available, please contact us.

BACKORDERS: Out-of-stocks are uncommon at Mission Farms. In the rare event that happens we will cancel the out-of-stock quantity from your order and issue a refund prior to shipment.

DAMAGES AND RETURNS:

  • Damages: Our products are packaged to the best of our ability to protect from damage during shipping. In the event that you do receive damaged goods, please email a photograph to us within 7 calendar days of receiving your product, and we will work with the freight carrier to resolve the issue.
  • Returns: We will only accept Retail Partner returns in the event of a manufacturing defect. If you feel the product is defective please contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving your product. If we determine there was a defect, we will issue a credit.

ADVERTISING AND USE OF MARKS: Retail Partner may use in advertising and marketing material only those trademark products, logos, identifiers, product images, video clips and any other assets found in our external marketing folder: Wholesale Digital Assets. Mission Farms CBD® reserves all right, title and interest in and to all Authorized Marks related to Mission Farms CBD® products, including but not limited to Mission Farms CBD®, Relieve CBD®, Rest CBD®, Relax CBD®, Full Spectrum MaxTM, and Full Spectrum PlusTM. Retail Partner must accurately describe our products using Authorized Marks.

All orders are subject to the acceptance of Mission Farms CBD®. Mission Farms CBD® products may only be sold to consumers but not third party distributors, unauthorized retail dealers or unauthorized locations. The business relationship between Mission Farms CBD® and each Retail Partner is “AT WILL”; that is, Mission Farms CBD® is free at any time to choose who is involved in a partnership and may terminate a wholesalers right to resell Mission Farms CBD® products at any time, for any or no reason, and the Retail Partner is also free to terminate its relationship with Mission Farms CBD® at any time, for any reason or no reason.
